no sparkline response

  1. no sparkline response.........when I click on it ....I go to a blank page with just the words
    Wordpress and menu on it.
    When I click on one it dissapears.

    I also get the same page when I try and access more stats from the wordpress .com

    If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at please do these four things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache:

    2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled:

    3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    4. Try enabling HTTPS:

    If it’s still happening, let us know exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary and also post any error reports you get.

  3. Thanks for getting back to me

    I have gone through all those details and checked /changed everything you say to do.....and also tried chrome

    the results are the same.

    The sparkline does not respond as an automatic link I have to righr click on it and select "open link " for it to then take me to this strange page with just two words on it .........Wordpress and Menu
    neither work as a link

    It has worked in the past.....but sadly no more :)



  4. Also when I go into the "Site stats" area where it says

    "Did you know you can view enhanced stats on the homepage? " and click in the box..................I get the blank screen with just the two words...........wordpress and menu ( same as before)


  5. Tried explorer 9.changed back to 8..and also tried chrome..............same results in all browsers

  6. Seems that I can now get it to work in Chrome.......but explorer 8 and 9
    seems totally screwed up..........So it working and down to the browser.

    Quite why i have no idea.I wonder if I can do a clean install of explorer.....or Ill just stay with chrome.

  10. It looks like you were using Internet Explorer 7.

    If you are using Internet Explorer 9, this means that you have Compatibility Mode enabled, which renders everything like Internet Explorer 7 would. If that is the case, please try disabling Compatibility Mode.

  11. Many thanks..............I upgraded to explorer 10 today..........and it all seems to be working now.
