None of my personal information or even my blog is correct?

    So I logged into my blog this morning to check my stats and there is NO history for my blog! Nor have any of my previous posts showing up or that they even existed! Actually the title of my blog is a hand full of hearts photography. This is my old, old business name and I probably started my blog as this but it hasn’t been this name for a long time. Where have all my previous posts at and my current blog at?? I have all the same login information. It wants me to upgrade to pro for $99 and I did upgrade about a year ago but a $100 for more! If you have taken away all of my hard work for a $100 I WILL go to another blog and pay them more money, gladly, if it means getting away from a company that intentionally takes away a person’s hard work to get them to upgrade! If this is not the reason for all my information disappearing I apologize ahead of time for my rant but whatever the reason it needs to be taken care of. And it’s definitely has nothing to do with cookies…

    My blog URL is not and my picture is different and when I click on it my blog is way different. But when I type in my correct blog URL in the address bar it does bring me to my blog but I can’t seem to get into all my information? Please help! I’ve put so much work into this blog!

    When we register a username account here the email address we provide becomes our unique identifier. When we are logged into and register a blog it’s registered to that username account we are logged in under and to the email address which is our unique identifier. We can register as many blogs as we wish and provided we are using the same username account then all the blogs will be registered under it and the associated email account. We can change our “display name” but that display name will appear on all blogs registered under the same username account.

    You have two separate email address settings at

    Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

    Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

    It is now bringing up my correct blog information. That was the strangest thing and hopefully only a one time occurrence.



    In order to work on any blog one must be logged in under the username account that registered the blog in question and in this case that paid for the upgrade you refer to.
