  1. I am trying to install Google plugin for submitting sitemaps to google webmaster tools but am not able to wnable any plugins. Is it because I have a free plan ?

The blog I need help with is technations360.wordpress.com.

  2. Hello, These are the built in plugins you have available to you as part of WordPress.com:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

You cannot install custom plugins if you have a WordPress.com site. You can however do so if you have a WordPress.org site. See the differences between the two:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you want to install your own plugins you will need to create a WordPress.org site.

There is also separate forums for WordPress.org you can take a look at here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/

    Hope that helps!
