not able to renew services

    Hi, Some of my services are expiring in the next day or week. I have a new credit card that I am entering into the system. After I enter all of the info, I get a message that says the transaction cannot be processed. One time it said because of wrong ccv code or something like that. The info should all be correct. Perhaps there is a problem due to the screen being in Hebrew? In any case – what can I do to resolve this asap before my services may be discontinued? Is there another credit card interface that I could use? Thank you so much for your excellent help :-)

    It appears that the issue is with your credit card company. You may wish to check with them.
