Not receiving reset password email

    I created this particular log in to just post this

    I had forgotten my password for my blog and hit the reset password button. There are only two email addresses associated with that account and neither ever received the reset password email. I am unable to access anything on my account. Please advise.

    Have you checked for it in your email client spam/junk mail filter?

    You have two separate email address settings at

    Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

    Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

    Try changing it at!/settings/ first.

    If that doesn’t work, try Users -> Personal Settings in your blog’s Dashboard.

    Yes, I’ve checked both emails’ spam/junk folders. I recently changed the original email address to one I currently use, so it should all go to ONE email address but I’m checking both just in case. I can’t use that link you gave me since I can’t log into my account at all. I need to get a reset password for the account before I can log in and make sure my email settings are correct.
