Number of Posts on Main Page…

    Is there a way to change the number of posts visible on the main page

    for example my blog had 5 or 6 showing right now i think
    and i want to cut it down to 3.

    I looked around everywhere on the dashboard and I couldn’t figure it out..

    please help!

    The blog I need help with is central21.wordpress.com.

    Dashboard > Settings> Reading … look for this:
    Blog pages show at most ___ posts
    Click “Save Changes” after inserting the number you want displayed.
