Offline blogeditor with flickr integration

    For my travel activities I want write blogs when I don’t have an internet connection. In this blogs i will use photes that I taked with my camera.
    Does someone if it is possible to upload a blog when there is a wifi connection and that te pictures that are used in the offline generated blog that the automaticly whill be uploaded to my flickr. account.
