Hi WordPress folks – I am thinking of buying a theme – on the other hand, in case I change my mind, would I be able to change to another theme that costs the same? I appreciate your prompt reply, if possible, to my personal email: [EMAIL REMOVED]. Many thanks and keep up the great work.

The blog I need help with is kgsipr.wordpress.com.

We don’t do email or phone support in the forum

you have a 30 day no questions ask window to get a refund for a theme – no trading a theme

For premium themes details see here http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/
If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on the Store -> My Upgrades page. Then you can purchase another Premium theme of your choice.

You can change themes as often as you want; you just have to pay for each premium theme you buy.

Auxclass and Timethief have given you accurate information.

I have also removed your personal information from the post. In general, that sort of thing is best only shared in private emails.

So you’re saying that my information is incorrect? Does that mean that once you buy one premium theme you have access to all of them at no extra cost?

No you’re answer was correct too. I believe rootjosh was pointing the OP to these instructions I posted before you posted.

Sorry raincoaster, I should have added your name in there as well. Your information was correct as well.

I’ve been pushing hard to try and catch up on all the threads that need staff attention. This time my fingers moved faster than my eyes/brain.
