old inactive e-mail address

    I cannot login in wordpress because I suddenly am not recognized?!?
    In my profile reside a old e-mail address, so WordPress can’t reach me.
    How can I change my profile? My old e-mail is (email redacted).
    This is a inactive address. The website is ww.debrugvideo.nl
    Please help me.

    The blog I need help with is mvdreijden.wordpress.com.

    Please log in with your username – mvdreijden – and password, and update your email address here, if necessary:

    http://wordpress.com/#!/settings/

    You’ll receive an email at the new address – please click the confirmation message you get to complete the process.

    You should also change the address in your administration area under Settings > General:

    https://mvdreijden.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

    You’ll get a second email confirmation to complete for this change.

    Thanks for your help.
    Let me explain something. I am 75 years old and in my active life a software developer. But the internet was always some diffuse for me.
    Let me explain the problem. I maintain the website http://www.debrugvideo.nl. To reach the dashboard my login name was admin and the password [password redacted] .
    Last week suddenly the password won’t work anymore. I have tried to reset the password, but the e-mail address in the profile is obsolete. So the answer for a new password never reached me.
    The old and inactive e-mail address in my profile is (email redacted).
    It should be my new e-mail address: (email redacted).
    Are you able to change the e-mail address and give me a new password?

    Hi there, I’ve removed the password from your reply because these are public forums and it’s a security risk to post a password publicly.

    The site http://www.debrugvideo.nl is actually not hosted by us here at WordPress.com, it’s a self-hosted WordPress installation running on the WordPress.org software.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
