On WP Android app: "Current wp.com account doesn't have access to stats …

Hi – the earlier version of my Android WP app allowed me to have 3 WP.com blogs on board – and granted me access to stats for all 3. With the most recent upgrade, I’m reduced below one. On the setup page there is no option for “add wp.com blog” – the only option given in the setup page is “add self-hosted blog” – but when I do that, I continue to get the same message: “Can’t access stats” “The current wp.com account doesn’t have access to the stats for this blog. Would you like to sign in to a different account?”

Now: I’m already signed into the correct account, and it’s not even giving me stats for the blog I’m signed in for.

I deleted the app and re-installed it, to no avail.

What am I doing wrong here?

The blog I need help with is southburnabychurch.wordpress.com.

By the way, the other two blogs involved are riverwindfire.wordpress.com and ranranshengqi.wordpress.com I am the owner of all 3.

If you have two-step setup, you need an application specific password to use the mobile app. You can set one of those up by logging into your WordPress.com site on a computer and going to:

Here’s the link for the android support forums http://android.forums.wordpress.org/
    But see here first http://android.wordpress.org/faq/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post there.

P.S. I’ll also tag this thread for a Support Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    Hi there,

The Android forum is definitely going to be your best bet for something like this. I would love to help, but they are going to be able to really provide you the most insight with your device.

Sorry we can’t help you more here!
