One blog with two accounts an | Cant delete account

  1. Dear Forum,

    I had re-install WP on my server. After setting everything up I tried to reactivate WP stats on my block.
    Unfortunately I did a mistake. Now shows two blogs:

    "" and "".

    The account "" should be deleted. I am not able to log into this account to delete it. It seems that WP doe not know how handle the two accounts and seems to mix the logins.

    This support forum is for hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the forums, not here.

    I do understand the difference. Unfortunately I need a account to use WP stats. mixxed two accounts up.

    Sorry for my question but the forum is not able to handle account issues.

  6. Then enter your blog when asked for a url and explain in the content of the support request what it's about:

    I'm afraid the volunteers in the forums can't help you.

  7. Due to this problem my stats do not work properly. Impressions by myself are tracked and counted.

    Need to get in contact with AUTOMATIC to solve this issue. As written I am not able to report my problem because the support form does not process my request due to the fact that I am hosting WP on my own ...

    It seems that I have to open one up just to get in contact with AOTUMATIC.

  9. @sassen, log out of wordpress.COM, then go to this page: and there will be a "I don't have a blog" checkbox. Select that and you can then contact support using the forum.

    I followed your advise and opened a ticket.

    Hope that they are able to delete the wrong account or enable me to login to the second account to let me delete it on my own...
