Oops! I need help

I built my website on WordPress using the URL http://www.nievegaming.com/wordpressbeta while I finished building it. That exact address being the only way to view the site, I wanted to get rid of it so that people entering just nievegaming.com would be able to access it. I went into general options, and this is where the fun begins, changed both site URL and WordPress URL to just http://www.nievegaming.com rather than the original one. Hit refresh and then error 404 from goDaddy comes up. So did a little researching and found the way to get them Back to normal was though manually accessing your SLQ Database and changing them back. I did all that but now I get this “Error establishing a database connection”
    Can anyone help me?

The blog I need help with is nievegaming.com.
