Order details after switching site to another provider

    Hello,
    Last year we moved away from wordpress to another platform. I am trying to find our order history on wordpress and I can’t see it/find it. Please advise how I can get this data.

    Hi there,

    I have tagged this as Modlook so that a staff could assist you further.

    From what I can see, it looks like your site is not from WordPress.com as you mentioned, but from another host.
    You can also contact your host to see if it is connected to WordPress.com

    WordPress.com is where all sites are used under one server, and WordPress.org is for sites hosted on their own servers. You can learn more about their differences here.

    Hi @claireclayson, the site you mentioned here doesn’t have any paid orders. I don’t see any on your account in fact.

    Can you send a link to the site that was here on our servers? It’s likely under another account. I’ll look it up and contact you via the email address on file.
