Origin theme – inconsistency

On my homepage https://politfilm.com featured images are clickable only for posts newer than feb 2016. To test this simply hover featured images on homepage and you’ll see that on newer posts you can click-through featured image and on older this doesn’t work.

Can you fix this inconsistency by making all featured images on homepage clickable?

The blog I need help with is politfilm.com.

    Hi there,

This used to be a problem with the theme, but it was fixed over four years ago, before you published many of those posts. But this theme was also retired about two years ago. Once a theme is retired it is no longer maintained except for critical security updates, so it’s possible that something broke again as the rest of WordPress.com changed.

As this is a retired theme that is not widely used any more on WordPress.com, this is not something that our developers will prioritise to fix any more, so this might be a good time to start thinking about upgrading to a different theme.

You can find all our currently available themes at My Site ->Themes.

Hi, I am open to theme change but thing is this theme fits my needs very well.

I just looked into other available themes, and couldn’t find anything remotely similar to my existing theme. Maybe you or someone else could recommend some appropriate theme I could switch to.

    Hi there,

Origin theme is a minimal theme with a responsive layout and we have a good amount of themes that fit those characteristics. Take a look here and let me know if you have any questions:

Penscratch 2 and Twenty Sixteen are two themes that stood out to me right away as ones that may work.
