own mailserver for premium users?
I’m new here.
I have a question concerning the upgrade to premium:
When I chose my own domain, do I have my own mailserver I can configure?
In other posts it’s written that I can use SMTP to send mails, but I want an email address for every person that they can send and receive mails with their own login ((email redacted) and private PW). The users shouldn’t have access to the wordpress-admin-page.

If you are planning on adding users to your site, please refer to the following documentation regarding user roles:

For full email hosting, there are various options to choose from laid out here:
WordPress’ recommended email hosting service to utilize with a custom domain is Zoho Mail (free for up to 25 mailboxes; includes support).
There is a very well-documented and detailed guideline on how to set this up with your domain. You can learn more about that here:
If you do decide to go this route, I would of course recommend going through this process of setting up an email for yourself first, then if you’d like to add additional users, you would simply repeat the process.
I hope this helps.

This is incorrect. We do not recommend any specific email hosting service. We just list instructions for the most popular options. Nowhere on the Zoho page do we make a recommendation or give an endorsement.
If you want to make a recommendation based on your personal experience with a service or product that is fine, but please do not make recommendations on WordPress.com’s behalf.
Apologies, thank you for pointing that out to me @kokkieh. I realize now I shouldn’t I have written that bit. Will tread more carefully next time when making statements in regards to the support docs :)
