Oxygen Theme: Home Page (Showcase Link Colour)

    Hi, is there a way to change the colour of the showcase link (Slider on homepage)? Currently it’s white but when hovered changes to a grey colour. I would like to reverse the colours. When hovered I would like it to be white, not on hover grey.

    Thanks in advance!

    The blog I need help with is ms-dynasty.com.

    I see the forward and back arrows in the upper corners, but not seeing them as white. I see them as a grey and then they go black or transparent when you hover over them. I only see that in Safari, not in Firefox. In Firefox the arrows aren’t there at all.

    I’m actually talking about the headlines within the showcase itself. When hovered it turns to grey. Can the colours be changed?

    sorry for not being clear initially.

    Are you talking about in the navigation menu? I’m seeing no text on the slider itself at all.

    The headline over the pictures in the showcase on the home page. it\s white and includes the blog title and date over the pictures. when you hover it turns grey. I would like that to be the default colour.

    This is a complete guess because the text you are describing I cannot see in Safari, Chrome or Firefox on my Mac. There is no headline title and date over the pictures in the slider for me.

    .featured-post .entry-title a {
    background: #FFFFFF;
    color: #111111;
    .featured-post:hover .entry-title a, .featured-post:hover .entry-meta {
    background: #111111;
    color: #FFFFFF;

    I’m off to bed in a few minutes, so it the above isn’t what you need, it will have to wait till morning or until someone else comes around that can see the text you are talking about with some other browser.

    What browser are you using by the way?

    Perfect! The codes works great!
    I’m using Google Chrome. I switched the slider headline to black and hoover is now purple.
