Oxygen Theme- Pictures not showing on home page

I’ve been using pictures for all of my posts on the Oxygen theme and usually they will show up on my homepage as well as the “permalink” however on my latest post the picture did not. I even tried resizing it. How do I make the picture show up so it’s not just a blank box? Also, on other posts is there a way to resize the permalink photo that shows above each post?-
