Paid for extra year of custom design, need refund, support is closed

    “Support is closed while the company meets up and works together for the next week. We will be back on October 29th.”

    I can’t contact support to ask for a refund for, so I am posting this here for “proof” that I am asking for a refund in time. This is what I want to ask support:

    Hello,

    I was renewing my subscriptions, and I accidentally signed up for an extra year for custom design for http://xevolutionistdotcom.wordpress.com/ (X-Evolutionist.com). I want subscriptions for two of my blogs to automatically renew, but I do not want to pay for the extra year now.

    It is my intention to renew these upgrades for another year, to 2012, (with automatic renewal)

    I want these two blogs:

    http://xevolutionistspace.wordpress.com/
    http://xevolutionistdotcom.wordpress.com/

    to still have:

    No Ads
    Custom Design

    Plus I want this blog:

    http://xevolutionistdotcom.wordpress.com/

    to still have the domain name:

    x-evolutionist.com

    (I do not want any extras for my other blogs – they were for practice and testing.)

    Also, I have a question, do I have to re-input my domain name servers?

    I have canceled and renewed the extra year on your Custom Design upgrade as requested.

    http://x-evolutionist.com/ still points to your blog, so there should be DNS changes needed.

    I have not received a refund email, or had a credit in my bank account, yet. When will I get the refund?

    It’s my understanding that receipt normally takes about 5 days to a week.

    Depending on your card provider, it can take up to ten days for the credit to appear on your statement. We don’t issue refund receipts.
