Paid for Upgrade, not showing up on account?

  1. I purchased the Pro Bundle, however - my account history isn't showing that I purchased it. I have the record from paypal showing that it is paid for.

    > Store > My Upgrades
    > Store > Billing History

  3. It says that there aren't any upgrades purchased, and no receipts available under billing history…however, like I mentioned before I have the receipt from paypal that the payment was processed. Is there anyway to actually contact wordpress??

  4. TT has already flagged this for staff attention, so just hang tight and don't delete or repurchase anything till you hear from them.
