I bought the Personal bundle for $48 and then upgraded to Premium bundle by paying another $48. All the purchases are within last 1 week.
I eventually decided to cancel my entire WordPress subscription and only got $48 as refund instead of full $96.

I’ve refunded the payment you made for the Personal Plan as well. You should receive the full refund within about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Per the forums, this is not an uncommon issue. Is there something I can do to raise this issue with concerned team/person at WordPress?
When you cancel a plan, that plan’s payment is refunded. In this case, you paid $48 for the Premium Plan, so were refunded $48 when you cancelled that plan. The initial payment for the Personal Plan is not associated with the later Premium Plan payment, so also isn’t refunded when the Premium Plan is cancelled.
This is how the system was built. Our billing team is already looking into improving that.
