Password reset e-mail – does not arrive in my inbox?!
I have received the e-mail below and tried to reset my password several times in the last week. It then says i would receive an e-mail to set up a new password. i never get that email! Not even in my spam inbox.
I have emailed wordpress and have not had an answer. I don’t know what to do as I urgently need to update my blog. Any help? I even set up a new account just to post on here. Bit annoying.

This is what I get when I try type in my email or username after clicking “forgot password”:
“Check your e-mail for the confirmation link. Please choose your password carefully, using these tips.”
The confirmation link was still not sent to me. I must have tried at least 10 times in the past 7 days.
No need to create so many threads. That’s the very kind of thing that could trigger a suspicious activity warning.
Are you certain you’re using the correct email address?
The email address you used when registering your WordPress.com account is listed in:
the Settings tab on the WordPress.com home page, or
Users -> Personal Settings in your dashboard

As I said, I thought I was contacting wordpress directly, didn’t realise it would publish it. Hence, another thread cause I freaked out that my details aree public.
I’m a bit impatient and confused.
Thank you but I’m certain I have used the correct e-mail address. WordPress actually lets you know if it’s one that isn’t registered. I have checked all other accounts I have ever associated with that blog, too. No e-mail from WordPress at all.
Since wordpress even lets you have a password reset email sent to you just by typing your username, I have done it via that option too.
And how can I check my personal settings for that account when I can’t even log on to it? :(
First, please check your email’s spam folder for the reset email.
