Pasting HTML in editor

Before 3.5, I was able to paste HTML (some complex tables from a Dreamweaver site) into the Page editor. Now it’s impossible. How ludicrous is it to disable composition and editing of the most basic language since the stone age of the web?

I’ve installed and activated TinyMCE Advanced — it doesn’t work with 3.5, as many on their forum are now protesting. Neither could I get Ultimate TinyMCE buttons to display after activation and configuration. Rather, ALL buttons in the editor now vanish. This is progress?

Is there any plugin that will enable pasting and editing HTML?

The blog I need help with is travis12blog.wordpress.com.
