Paying for renewal of CSS Upgrade

  1. This is the FOURTH time I've posted or written support at WP to try to get someone to take my money. I received one email reply from WP with a suggestion but not a resolution even though I immediately wrote back to that individual when the suggestion didn't work.. Why on earth is it so impossible to get someone to take my money for my CSS renewal? The page is messed up. There is a message to renew, but no button to press to renew. I can understand if this was a freebie issue, but good lord folks. Don't you need money to live on?
