  3. I'm having the same problem, and have been trying for a couple of hours. Not real excited about deleting my cache and cookies if someone else is having the same problem.

  4. I don't understand why you are concerned clearing your browser cache and cookies. I have my browser set up to clear my cache and cookies every time I exit the internet. I do this so many times every day while answering questions here that your head would spin if I bothered to count the times and post the number, and I've been doing this for over 6 years without any issues every arising.
