  1. I need to speak to someone on the phone. Why is it hard to find a number on your site??

The blog I need help with is aainvestpartners.wordpress.com.

  2. Hi There,

Keegan here, WordPress.com community member, I would be happy to help.

WordPress.com gives support through live chats, tickets, and here in the forums.

Is there something I can help you with? I would be happy to lend a hand.

  3. I was trying to speak to someone in regards to a template I want to purchase.

I already have a domain and host page and when I went to purchase my template it was asking me to pay for a package. I don't understand why I would still need that.

  4. Exactly which theme are you referring to?

The themes at this link https://wordpress.com/themes/ are licensed and available for use only on WordPress.COM hosted sites.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    wordpress.org support
The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support. Is this possible?

  7. No. Themes cannot be transferred.
