But i’m making a photography blog, hard not to put photos on it

Thank you for your time! :)
If you are under the impression that there is a disable right click option that will prevent image theft you ar wrong. Anyone can get around it in seconds flat.
Darn, OK good to know. Thank you.
You’re welcome and best wishes with your photoblog. :)
Any photo you put online should have a watermark, should be less than 80dpi and the file size should be less than 100k. Just because you’re running a photo blog doesn’t mean the photos have to be huge, high definition, poster-sized monsters. Anything in the (horizontal) 800px x 600px (vertical) is large enough.
For some reason — and it is mystifying — blog hosting firms like WordPress encourage people to upload photos, which they then put ads around, but they offer no protections for the photo copyright.
We keep getting told it’s our fault if they’re stolen because we put them up in the first place, but I’d love (LOVE) to see what would happen if we actually took their advice and stopped posting our unprotected work to their sites.
It’s like they’re supplying the car, but telling us it’s entirely our responsibility to supply the airbags, brakes and seat belts.
