Hi, I really hope someone can help me with this. I am hosting with GoDaddy and need to configure my PHP levels as they won’t do it for me. I;ve been trying to upload dummy content for a new theme but can’t because of the current settings.

GoDaddy have been very unhelpful and said I need to do it myself using FileZilla. Having never used FileZilla before, that wasn’t much help. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Thanks

The blog I need help with is 03c.07c.myftpupload.com.

    Hi there,

Unfortunately there isn’t really anything which we can do to assist. You have reached support for WordPress.com, however we do not provide support for all of WordPress. What you need help with is WordPress.org, which is a self-hosted version of what we provide. Here’s a breakdown of the differences between the two:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

You may want to check out the support pages for WordPress.org. You can find those right here:

    http://wordpress.org/support

I also did a quick google search and found this tutorial on using FileZilla:

    Best of luck to you!
