Plan not going through

    I’m super sorry if this is a real amateur question, but I’ve just upgraded to the premium plan and it’s come up with “free domain with a plan”, I’ve tried to change it since it’s included with the plan and it’s getting added into my cart.
    I’m not sure if it makes any difference, but the ‘Thank you’ page I got after purchasing the plan is repeatedly saying an unexpected error has occured.

    Any advice on what I can do?

    I ended up figuring it out after a lot of over stressing (typical me) but I think that the main issue is that when I purchased the premium plan it didn’t seem to go through on the site, however the money was taken out through paypal, is there anything that can be done about this? Sorry to be a pain haha!

    There hasn’t been a charge made to this user account. Is it possible that you opened up a duplicate account?

    I just checked quickly and it seems I haven’t got a duplicate account
    I haven’t registered a domain as the custom domain was a part of the premium plan, which I haven’t been able to receive.

    I’m just unsure how it’s happened, my paypal shows that the money has been taken out so there should be no reason this has happened.

    I’ve tried emailing, tweeting and obviously posting on the forum and I’ve been waiting 6+ hours and the money was taken immediately, I have screenshots showing that this happened, I understand completely that you guys are busy but I really do need to get this sorted.
