    Good to see the support form is back online.

    I returned to a year ago. You host 14 of of my blogs.

    The process for buying upgrades -- bit by bit; single by single purchase, for every little upgrade -- for all those blogs is cruel and ridiculous and I have written about my disappointment here:

    Please pass that article along to the Automattic Powers -- it makes no sense to punish those who choose to blog with you across a lot of blogs to have to leap through upgrade hoops just to give you money.
