PLEASE HELP! Cancel this premium!

    I need to cancel my 30 day trial. I looked everywhere on the website for how to do this, and it seems to me that WordPress.com traps you. Am I trapped? Will I have to pay $100 to a website I don’t even use? The only reason I wanted an upgrade was so I could make a private blog of my class notes and have Reftagger installed so I could easily access Bible verses. But that process was like trying to perform brain surgery, so I just deleted the blog. However, I still have an account and I DO NOT WANT TO PAY !! Help help help!!! Cancel me now!! I don’t even use this thing.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased any upgrade you can request a refund from your blog’s Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    However, as you deleted the blog you need Staff help.

    Hi I have a related issue. I just received reply from Pam, but when I click I can’t find the thread. The deal is this. I paid $100 + for a private .com and website premium account. I was led to believe that Nexus is included as a premium theme available to those who pay $100 +. Am I right? My theme does not seem to look like Nexus and I wondered, but someone tells me that my theme is still Nexus. Could you help? Does my $100 + price include the Nexus theme option? It seems to work, but I paid premium price for it, I assume. What does the Premium price include exactly? Thank you,

    I went to that link and I don’t see the details listed. Here is the deal. On one link I visited, it said that I would receive Nexus if I purchased the Premium site, which I did. Now, you are telling me that the Premium package that I paid $100 for does not include the Premium theme? Thi is confusing to me. What specifically doe the $100 price + 30 for the .com I paid include? I don’t understand. I have several sites on godaddy and this seems high without a theme. Thanks

    Please accept my apology for not instantly insisting that shellwrites start her own thread. I’m sorry we have posted several times into this thread and moved the timestamps forward so it will take longer for you to get the Staff help you need and I humbly apologize for that.

    Not to worry as Staff will sort this with you. They have many threads tagged for their help and they are working forward from those with the earliest dates and times to this one so you have to be patient.
