Alright, so this is a bit tricky to explain, but I recently paid a large marketing firm to create a website for the organization I work for. They have done so and have since created a website for me. I have the link and the link to the adminstrative page. Since then, however, they have gone out of business and I am unable to contact them. I do NOT have the admin and password. I DO have the account information from our host company (register.com) and I do have an email or two from spam comments from the website.
Does anyone know how to receive the username and password if the account is setup from an email with that aforementioned marketing group? Would there be a way if I switched host companies?
One other question, right now the website is set up on their marketing page (i.e. it states .jabrmedia.com in the url). However, is there a way to delete my previous website and make it this new one?
Would really appreciate anyone's help and support. If you require additional information, please let me know. It's a tricky one to explain.
