Please refund my account

    I purchased Video Press on September 10, 2012 and was not happy with the performance. The upgrade section in the store stated that I was eligible for a full refund if I was not happy for any reason. I clicked on the "cancel and refund" link to request a refund and got no response. The following day, I received and email with a receipt of my purchase with no mention of my refund. I replied to that email as well as clicking on the "cancel and refund" link a second time and I have had no response from anyone. I would like to have my money refunded, please help. Thank you in advance..

    Hello again. To date, I have not received confirmation from my credit card that my account has been credited. Can you confirm this please? I appreciate all of your help to this point and I thank you in advance....

  6. The refund left our account on September 13. Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

  9. I purchased at 3:00 this am the videopress upgrade and accidentally attached it to the wrong blog. Yikes!!!! HELP!! who can I chat with to fix this problem? If it cannot be transferred to the correct blog, then I want a refund. thanks for your help in advance! [email redacted]

  10. I have decided to request a full refund. I do not want to try and switch videopress to another blog. My purchase was at 3:00 am today. Please advise when the refund has been processed. Thank you.
