Plug in updates

Apparently you can’t use the Yoast Plug in on a WordPress.com blog. How can you manage the SEO then. Any tips?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you were to install any of the SEO plugins that are out there, you would likely decrease your SEO over what a standard wordpress.com site has. WordPress.com has tons of search engine juice.
Don’t worry about it. Put out good high quality posts regularly with appropriate keywords in them, categorize and tag them (no more than 10 tags) and the magic will happen.

I was hoping to use the Yoast Plug in as well. I am getting decent Bing and Yahoo traffic for a start up blog with only 2 months of life but I haven’t seen any Google action. I’d also like to use google Analytics to track my traffic but haven’t figured that one out yet. I guess in order to drive more traffic to my blog I need to tag more of my keywords? Thanks for the reassurance!

1. There is no FTP acces to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins. They are only for wordpress.org installs.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/2. We cannot install Google Analtyics.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/#additional-info3. If you are going to continue to read documentation that does not apply to WordPress.com blogs your will not be happy here at WordPress.com. Please read this carefully > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
4. Search spiders are focused on keywords in your content not in the tags. See what Matt Cutts of Google says in the video here > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/03/01/revisiting-keywords-and-tags/
