  Hi. Plugins you find on the Internet are only for self-hosted WordPress.ORG blogs. You can’t use them on WordPress.COM:

  it was to load flash files because with wordpress.COM it shows a f surrounded by
  a brown square…

  You cannot host Flash on WordPress.COM but you can host it elsewhere and display it through a Gigya code:
