Plugin that allows crowdsourced galleries/tagging?

    I’m working on a site right now that will allow users to upload a photo and provide tags and a description. However, I also want users to share photos and ask for input about the subject of the photo (if they don’t know what the content is, for example), allowing other users to categorize or tag the photo.

    Additionally, I would like users to be able to save their favorite photos in their own gallery on the website.

    I’d like to be able to sort the photos easily by tag or category, and have a rather nice layout.

    Are there any existing plugins that might come close to what I’m looking for?

    Oh, I should also add that I want the users to be able to do this from the frontend of the site and not in the WP dashboard
