Point DNS to GoDaddy So I can receive my Email!

I have a wordpress that uses a GoDaddy domain name. When I linked that domain to my WordPress, my GoDaddy email account not longer receives emails (it still sends though) and I’ve been told it’s because my DNS needs to be updated. Go daddy says I need to put these 4 things in the DNS form:

    MX Modifications:
    MX 10 smtp.secureserver.net
    MX 50 mailstore1.secureserver.net

    Cname modifications:
    mail.adammormolstein.com mapped to pop.secureserver.net
    email.adammormolstein.com mapped to email.secureserver.net

I’m putting the MX mods in with no problem, but when I put the Cname mods they don’t seem to be in the right format. Can anyone tell me how I should be putting them into the DNS form? Is there anything else I’m missing to make my email work again? Will the emails I haven’t received be retrieved or are they lost? Thank you for any help!! I just want my email back!!

The blog I need help with is adammormolstein.com.
