Nearly a month ago, I paid for the premium package, but all I really need is the cheaper direct domain purchase. I want to talk to someone about making that change while there is still time. However, even though part of the additional money I paid to go premium is meant to allow for direct email support…I see no access to such support. So, I’m asking here. Thank you for your assistance.
Most of our upgrades are eligible for a 30-day refund period, and can be canceled and refunded directly from your dashboard. You can see all your active upgrades on the My Upgrades page, also under Store in your dashboard. From there you can cancel and refund eligible transactions, enable or disable automatic renewal, and perform other actions related to your upgrades.
