Premium Themes are just showing the 1st page. When I click on next – the themes are not loading. I have tried this on IE, Safari and Chrome – so it is not the browser. I have sent an email to wordpress but wanted to know if other people are having this same problem.
The blog I need help with is danagribi.wordpress.com.
Did you purchase a Premium Theme? If so then please contact Staff using this link > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
If not then there is a live demo site here. > http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/premium/ Simply click the image of the theme you are interested in purchasing and read more about it. Ore click the large blue “see it in action button”.
We Volunteers have no knowledge of paid themes. All support for them is provided by the theme designers in the Premium Themes Forum. After you buy a theme a link to that forum will appear here > Appearance > Themes.
There are only the 5 premium themes at this time, but the page number tabs in that case should not appear when there aren’t additional pages.
An Aha moment. No wonder I couldn’t find more premium themes – the system kept telling it was trying to load more themes; therefore I thought there was more than five themes.
Thank you so much.
Hi Dana, we’re aware of this issue and working on a fix. Ideally those page links should disappear unless there are more than one page of themes.
We’ve now fixed this issue so that page links accurately show only the available premium themes.
