Problem creating Categories

    Whenever I add new categories and/or sub categories they are not saved and could not be found later. Several times I added new categories and subcategories under the parent category and clicked the AddCategory button and I find the category names in the dashboard but all the categories vanished when I tried to assign post in it.

    Please help.
