Problems with Premium plan purchase

    Due to some Internet connection issues, I bought a Premium plan for a blog twice. I tried to cancel the second purchase and get a refund, but it moved my plan back to free immediately, which is not what I wanted. Moreover, only the first purchase was refunded, second purchase – which is the one I wanted to refund – was not. So my Premium plan is set to activate in a year, not immediately as I had planned it.

    What I need/want is to either cancel and refund the second purchase as well, so I can buy the Premium plan that is to start immediately (I don’t have the money for both), or to somehow switch around the second purchase so that it starts immediately.
