promblem with moving from .com to hosting

    Hello,
    I purchased hosting and domain and now I’m trying to move from .com to .org I did all the following steps to move starting from export my blog content and to impost it to worpress. And the computer showed me that all the process was seccesfully finished and now I’m enter to wordpress and I still not see the plugins!Why? What should I do to begin to create my own custumize blog?

    In order to see the plugin menu, you’ll need to log into your WordPress.org site, not your WordPress.com account.

    You’ve reached support for the free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Because your site is self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files or the ability to provide support for your current issue.
