I’m actually developing a theme for an associations and I want the page “Photo” to be password protected.
When i do it with the default template page on, the protection work properly but when I put my own template on the page, wordpress simply doesn’t ask me the password and the page is like a public page.

I tried to delete the cookies, and without being loged in. With different browser.
    But it still doesn’t work.
I’m working with the last version of wordpress of course.

I would like to know how if there is a way to implemant the password function/verification on my template without having to code it directly in php.

    Thxs for any answer
