PTR record missing from

  1. I got a notice from my DNS provider in Iceland that WordPress's DNS server is not providing the correct PTR record and has not been for several weeks. Is this something that the support team is aware of? I have registered the ns1 and ns3 servers and they seem to provide the correct PTR, but the ns2 server returns errors and I must get this corrected within 4 weeks.
