Purchased 10 Credits for Domain, but Credits not showing

    Is your username linked to your blog? That would be and important thing to do if staff are trying to locate your blog and your account so they can help you.

    * If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
    that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

  8. No, actually your's domain that's being redirected is linked to your username actually.

    Best bet would be to send in an email to support at this domain with the specific details of the transaction. The support email address is monitored during the weekends.

  11. Send in an email to support ( at ) wordpress ( dot ) com with a copy of your paypal receipt and state that the domain hasn't shown up yet nor been been registered yet.

  12. volcomkidd911, send an email to support at wordpress dot com and tell them everything about your situation. Your username, your email address (that you registered with) and your current blog of:

    Let them know how and when you purchased your 15 credits and any documentation that you have (say paypal) emails and they should be able to help you have your credits show up.

    This is of course unless when you are in:

    If you are in there and see your credits, then disregard what I just told you!

    Does that make sense?

    I already filed a Feedback on the matter, but would be grateful if someone could speed things up a bit.
    I purchased the 15$ CSS upgrade, have the paypal receipt and everything looks fine. On the upgrades page however I only see one item in My Subscriptions with 15 credits and an expiry of 'never'. No credits available for use though. Help, please?

  16. I'm having the same problem. This looks like a long-standing issue - it would have helped to have been warned before I started the process of buying credits.

  17. The credits appeared while I was posting my comment. It took at least 45 minutes after Paypal's confirmation before the WordPress credits appeared. All's well that ends well, but it would definitely be wise to either warn your users or resolve the delay.

If somebody could update this account, I'd be very happy! I agree with the previous post that you should let people know to except a little delay.

    Go figure indeed. It seems as though you failed to read the post right above your own. Posting here is an exercise in futility. Volunteers have nothing whatsoever to do with money. You need to contact staff directly during support hours as is repeatedly stated above in this thread

    Please provide all documentation to staff when creating your support ticket so there will be no delays caused by staff having to ask you for this information later.

  25. I am having this EXACT SAME PROBLEM. if this has been happening since April, why hasn't it been fixed?

    my blog is I've paid twice (10 credits x 2) with the email [email redacted]. thanks for the help.


  26. maybe support is having trouble pinning the bug down? You need to contact support using the Support button that is normally available on your Dashboard Monday-Friday. There is no guarantee that staff will see your post on this thread.

    BTW, putting your email address on the forum like that is inviting spambots to flood your inbox. In the future, try using a format like lsg [at]

    Edit: Forgot to say, when you do contact staff, make sure you include the following:
    - your browser
    - your browser version
    - your FULL blog address (not the name, the real address that begins http:// )
    - your FULL username
    - your REAL email address that is registered here
    - and a very good description of the exact problem.

  29. Here I go. Putting myself on the I don't see my credit blog roll. However, in my occasion I did this twice because I thought I did it wrong the first time.

    Hook me up, Automatic for a process that should be well ... automatic. and if my credit goes through :-)
