Purchased upgrade not working

  1. I have purchased the upgrade bundle ($99) and it was working last night however now my account is saying that I have not purchased any upgrades. Any suggestions?

  2. That's weird. Please check these and I'll flag this thread for Staff help:
    Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    Dashboard > Store > Billing History

  3. I don't see any transactions on your account. Did you receive a receipt from us?
