Purchasing Custom Design

  1. I recently started my blog and am trying to purchase the custom design upgrade so I can change some of the fonts on my pages. When I click on "purchase" and enter all of my info, it tells me that the transaction cannot be processed. I can't figure out why, but it won't let me purchase the custom design upgrade. I am purchasing using a credit card, but I don't understand why it won't go through. Any suggestions?

  6. OK. Thanks for your help. It seems odd to me because I deleted that blog, and started the new one, but I'll give it a try.

  7. I'm having a hard time with the Contact Support page. When I type in the description of my problem, nothing happens, and I get the "error on page" notice on the bottom left of the page. Is there any other way to email someone in support?

  9. I have a question: will purchasing Custom Design Upgrade for fonts allow me to have different fonts for different posts, or will I be limited to using one font and one font only for all posts? Thanks.

  10. @jefbway: To my knowledge, he Custom Design Upgrade changes fonts to certain titles/text bodies but for the whole blog. Here's how you can use different fonts for different posts (Custom Design not required):
