Putting Tumblr Right Corner Controls to WordPress

    I’ve noticed that since switching my blog to wordpress I’ve lost tons of Tumblr followers. I would like to get the “follow” button/control for Tumblr back in the right hand corner of my website for my followers whenever they enter the site like it did when my site was a tumblr. Does anyone who’s familiar with both blogging networks know any code I can use to achieve this?
