Question about making comments on other WordPress blogs.
Even when I commented on this, I notice that the same thing is happening. Click on “footinthebucket” next to my photo and you’ll see what I mean!
The following change is no retroactive.
Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Primary Blog‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.
Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.
no retroactive = not retroactive
When that is done, they get a screen that says “shickshinny.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this blog.” Which happens to be correct. But if it’s technically been deleted, why does this happen?
If you only have a single username account then clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
Do you see the deleted blog there?
Thanks a lot! Wow, you sure answered fast! Is that why you’re called “Time Thief”???? I did all the steps that you told me to do. Thanks again!
Hooray! I love happy endings. :)
