    my previous domain mapping was valid till 24th of January 2014 (so another 3 weeks). Somehow I was charged already for the extension of my domain mapping on the 2nd of January this year. I canceled this domain mapping within 24 hours (since I don’t need it for the time being) and the refund was confirmed on the screen. I still see the domain mapping in my list of transactions. Can you please double check the status? Since I was charged a bit too early, I’m inclined to believe I’m entitled for this refund.

    Auto renew upgrades are renewed 30 days before they expire so if something happens to the renewal (changed credit card numbers are the largest issue – happened to me last year) there is time to work out any problems – there is a 30 day refund policy on all renewals except domain name renewals.



    can you double check with people in your team since I cannot agree with this especially because the unexpected domain mapping has caused my some additional problems. My energy or water supplier don’t charge me 30 days in advance as well and I’m inclined to believe everyone has a legal right to cancel a purchase on the internet during a number of days and my cancellation occurred within 24 hours.
