Question on categories

I was kindly wondering if there is a way to increase to amount of posts displayed when on a category.
At the moment, whenever i click on one of my categories there only seems to be two posts per page.
Is there any way i can increase this to say 10?

    Thanks :)

The blog I need help with is

We set the number of posts to display on the main page for posts in the blog here > Settings > Reading
Blog pages show at most __ posts
We cannot set a different number to display on tags pages, categories pages, or Archives pages. When we publish a post it automatically displays on tags, categories and Archives pages and we cannot edit what’s displayed or the number of items displayed.

In the majority of themes, posts on category or other archive pages show up just as they do on the main posts page. But in some themes only the beginnings of posts are shown, and in a few themes you only get titles or thumbnails.

Here’s something else to note about your blog. Infinite scrolling is an interface technique that allows users to browse through content without clicking on pagination links. Instead, all users have to do is scroll to the bottom of the page and new content will automatically load on the current page.

Staff have intoduced “infinite scroll” to Twenty Ten and that means you no longer have control over how many pages display on the front page of your blog, unless you disable it using a workaround.

I have infinite scrolls activated. But when somebody wants to to only view my posts about Fashion, they would click the fashion category, though instead of seeing a full page of posts, they only see 2 posts and have to refer to another page to view older posts. Is there no way i can change this?

Timethief has replied to your question: you set the number of posts per page in Settings > Reading.
